Phillips Goal Saturday

Probably the best goal I’ve seen for about 4-5 years. Great run with a cool finish, capped off a good result.

He's quietly gone about his business this season. Reminds me of what a young Elliot Godfrey would possibly have been like.

Elliot Godfrey was a good player but I think Michael Phillips has been superb since he joined us. I wouldn't be surprised if he gets offers to play higher, I assume he's one of the contracted players.

I was walking round to the exit on Saturday when the goal was scored and only just saw the finish which I thought was a tidy one.
But it's only when you see the video you realise what a great goal it was. He beats their midfield and defence single handedly.
Agree that Michael Phillips has been outstanding and a real positive for us this season.
