WFCSC away Travel to Havant Bognor and Truro

Following tonight’s Committee meeting prices on the following away games are as below
A minimum of 30 bookings must be taken for a coach to run to any of the following games.

Saturday January 6th. HAVANT & Waterlooville. Coach will leave the club at noon and return immediately after the game and will be a flat fare of £20 for all members and a £2 surcharge for non members

Saturday January 20th BOGNOR Regis Town.Coach will leave the club at 11am and return immediately after the game and will be a flat fare of £20 for all members and a £2 surcharge for non members

Saturday February 10th TRURO CITY. Coach will leave the club at 7am with 1/2 stops dependent on traffic and leave at 5.30pm after the game and will be a flat fare of £30 for all members and a £2 surcharge for non members

Bookings are now being taken for all 3 games by text to 07881624890 or by email to victor.klarfeld@btinternet.com please ensure you provide the full name/names of the person/persons you are booking for and a contact number.

10 Feb - Truro Away - There are planned Rail Engineering works which means it is a train/bus/train combo there AND back on the day - last train back is 17:28 - with changes at Plymouth for the bus to Totnes then train to London Paddington Arr 00:33!!!!!

I thought there was something up with this date. Very few if any advance purchase tickets were made available. GWR's website currently shows a 16:33 departure from Truro and nothing after that. Sometimes I don't even think the train operator knows whats going on!

Guess theres a risk Sunday could be a bus shambles day too.

That 17:28 now confirmed although isn't shown as a bookable service to London on the trainline. Need to book 17:28 Truro to Plymouth. Then its the 19:30 Plymouth to London including a dreaded bus service. The main problem is getting back into Paddington at 00:33 of which means your goose is probably cooked unless you fancy the night bus.
