Club Accounts

Wealdstone FC (2000) Ltd published it annual accounts on 27 December for the year ending 31 May 2017 https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/comp ... ng-history. Of note is the year on year reduction in capital and reserves from £67,477 to £2,302. On 31 May 2015 this stood at £105,498.

Did I miss an AGM? Rather strange that accounts have been filed at Companies House without them being approved by the members. Obviously the majority shareholders have, but you would think it would be good governance to have them approved by the members at an AGM before filing.

As shareholders, are we entitled to see more detailed figures that show the profit/loss for the year?

You are right that as shareholders we are entitled to see this. However, I assume not on an open forum but at the properly constructed AGM or similar. Why let others Clubs see our Accounts in the public domain !!!
