I wonder what caused the delay, given we were told at the AGM that only one signature was awaited and that would be by return of post. Anyway, it is good news.

Judging by the response to this subject it doesn't appear that anyone was in the least bit concerned about it.

Hardly an outpouring of relief.

There is not much to say really is there.
Glad it's finally signed, but 5 years is not much to get excited about.

If the landlords decide to make use of the rest of the site (ie develop it for their own recreational purposes) it will trigger a further five-year extension. Within that time frame I would hope we’d be tying up a more permanent home with room for expansion... but good news though.

Exactly that - 5 years is enough to plan a permanent home so great news - but I'm sure what we all want to hear is some long term plans in due course about that.
