"They will then visit Wealdstone, Ciaron Brown's former team, three days later.
Cardiff City will field a mixture of under 23's & first team players to these two extra pre-season friendlies"

well, our pre-season matches are now finalised with a home game with Cardiff City.
This looks like on paper the strongest pre-season for a number of years, so well done to everyone involved.
(Though it feels like a lot of trouble to go to just to please our Welsh contingent of fans... )

Incorrect, as usual.

Normal service resumed, didn’t take long.

What's your take on one of our senior players being told he's not needed/wanted this season?
Can't see the chairman being happy about paying someone (good money) to do f**k all.

Not sure what you jokers want. ..Theres the door, go and support one of the 20 or so teams you purport to follow.

What ever is in fashion.

When the club changed from amateur to Semi Pro in the early 70s , there we a few who said thats it. no more. Only then did the club have its most successful period in its history.

We've all got different views on players but the manager is the one paid to pick the team. If he feels a player on an expensive long term contract is not good enough, that's his prerogative. Telling the player now means it gives him time to find another club, rather than have him sitting around the club not getting game time but draining a lot of cash from the budget. Whether he's a nice guy and a senior player is irrelevant, if he's not good enough he needs to go.
