Sutton United being a former club of Jeffrey Monakana and Bradley-H-O' should help with the player motivation.
And with Sutton away to Bohemians this Saturday, hopefully the Bo's will kick seven shades of sh@te out of them, they loose heavily, and their Ryanair flight back gets diverted to an East European hellhole then cancelled
They will probably think it is a nice easy start of an FA Cup run and somewhat beneath them ....
Let's give them a nice warm welcome to Fortress Vale.

Every little helps...

To be fair lady luck has generally been on our side with cup draws during the last few years. Both in the Trophy and FA Cup.

When was the last time we giant killed? And no, Billericay doesn't count. Jumped up Ryman team that got done over by Leathethead earlier that year. I think we are due one although we've not had many chances to do so.

Does this not go against what you're always telling us as to why we should get behind the team?

Bar one aberration in the conference south, I believe we've beaten Sutton several times at home??? Seem to recall a Callum Martin inspired 4-0 win during our early days at the Vale. A last minute Spendlove header and a late Chappell scuff home.

Three back to back wins against poor opposition....... Now the fun starts for the next three hard matches.

Tough draw against the new Yeovil of the F.A.Cup.... Replay would not be welcome on the plastic pitch....Win or Lose.. it is then.

October fixtures HOME all the way...... Will Bobby Wilkinson win the manager of the month award for October.?

For me that was the strongest looking 4th qualifying round draw I can remember so a home tie was imperative, anything else would have been a bonus.

They will be favourites of course but we all know the FA Cup is capable of throwing up the unexpected.
