What about Gary Mccann? His name has come up a few times. Is a local lad isn't he? Or is he just another Gord Bart Super Scottie Ryman type?

This fella has his own website about himself.......need to steer well clear!

He is going on a management course though.

Searle strong links with the Aldershot job. Expecting this to be announced this afternoon.

McCann hasn't shown he can get a team at this level close to the play offs. Mostly Ryman League experience. An outside bet I guess.

And Shotsweb aren’t impressed if it’s Danny Searle

They don't seem impressed with one of their other candidates either!!!!!

So BW didn't get that one and right now ours is the only vacancy in Connie South so he might have to wait a while for his next job. Just announced that we'll be unveiling our new manager at 6pm tomorrow.

Must have experience at our level and must know how to deal with fans/expectations.

My (very little) money is on Dave Anderson (currently of FA Vase winners Chertsey Town). I suppose Steve Clarke is now out of the running.

One name circulating on the wire traps and he’s certainly experienced in CS.
