Signings or those that have re-signed

Captain Jerome Okimo is the first to re-sign this season. The chairman announces on Twitter that there will be more to follow this week.

Good news and hopefully an indicator of our ambition for next season. Get a couple more over the line and I'd expect a healthy increase in season ticket sales. Cannot let the momentum built up fade away.

Fingers crossed that Connor Stevens is re-signing for the Stones.
Now he has been selected to play for England C against Estonia U23 in Tallinn Wed 5th June, he may very well be in the shop window & priced out of reach of our limited board funding. :o
I am popping over for the match regardless.

Good news re Danny Green. A player who polarised opinion somewhat in the past but has thrived in a more advanced position with the likes of Poku, Smith and Mensah to do the hard yards around him.

Very pleased about Jake Sheppard.

Clearly a talented player and seemed to really find his feet towards the end of the season.

Great engine, strong and decent in midfield. Prefer him there to in defence.

Two more good players:

Stevens potential to play at a higher level
Sheppard a deceptively tough, talented midfielder with a decent engine.

Hopefully this will convince any fence sitters to go out and grab a season ticket.

Are there any players who are a year into a 2 year deal?

Shepard works at GF Lewis I believe. Presumably the Stevens contract exercise is to protect a fee position.
