After the week we've had three welcome points and no goals conceded.

After working 3 Saturday's in a row am looking forward to Woking away next week. Train, beer, football.

After a difficult and testing week, a Wealdstone win continued the 2019 unbeaten run. Against a limited side that played some nice football, but lacked a focal point up front, Stones played some entertaining football, with attacking purpose and a passing game.

Hungerford hit the woodwork a couple of times and had some longer range shots, which surprisingly saw North get MoM, but we fully deserved to win, with countless corners to show for our domination . Green had a great game, but there were many that also played their part.

Crowd seemed bigger than the reported 740, with a reasonable amount of youth in attendance as well.

Much needed first home win in THREE months, last time being a victory over Gloucester at the end of October.

Agree - we played slick football to feet in the first half and Connor might have had a hat trick of headers while the lively Pratt tested the Hungerford Karamoko-like keeper on three occasions. They sussed us out a bit second half, closing down more quickly and forcing us to go long but what a delight to be finally defending a lead at home! Onwards and upwards from here :)

The anticipation the buzz . Will it return ?

PM took his advertising board in front of the main stand... Mist circled the ground but no birds of prey !

Wait a minute !! . The Collins stand sings The bulla sings. Is the Buzz returning ?

EE says Hungerford had no focal point ,he should include us in that thought.

A customary Headed goal wins it.... and normality returns as Stones are 11th in the table.

The club needed a win today. Nothing else would do. Possibly should have been by a greater margin but saying that North was kept busy all afternoon. That's now four decent performances out of four for 2019. Today also proved that our fans will continue to back the club no matter what. Thought the attendance was pretty much bodies in ground = official attendance. A decent, almost gritty atmosphere at times too.

You might be right Adam; it did seem like a lot of people that haven’t been going came back today. Lots of singing second half with the youngsters starting off the singing again. BC stand singing too. Best atmosphere at home in months. A good day. Well done all.

This is the most important post about today - even if I have no idea what half their songs are, it's good to hear. Gotta print out some of those cards for the old faves to teach them - If I had the wings....Oh lads.....Swallow your tongue etc

enjoyable game. some good football played in the first half mainly short neat crosses for pratt to get involved in. not sure why we went a bit longer down hill in the 2nd half but a nice win should have been more. as said a lots of songs all great for the club

The most enjoyable home match for many a month. There just seemed to be a bit more buzz about the while place; fans (both in the bar and in the ground), players and management alike. Very nice to see the ball on the deck a little more too, is surely not a coincidence that we did so and looked pretty good?

Let's hope the good run in 2019 continues #uts
